Within 14 days of receiving their purchase, customers have the option to return the bicycle without giving reasons. This applies provided that the bicycle is in unused condition and is returned in the original packaging. The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer.
Once we receive the return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, excluding any shipping charges charged on the original purchase.
